Here it is, my pick of the week… this week I fell in love with this gown from Sydney’s Closet.  I am loving the lace on this dress and, of course, the sash.  Such a wonderful, gorgeous gown!

Oh how I am loving the selections of bridal gowns for 2011.  It seemed that about 80% of bridal gowns before were strapless, but a huge thank you to Kate Middleton for bringing back the sleeve look to bridal dresses everywhere.  And not only do I see a lot more dresses with sleeves, I also see a lot more dresses with halters, straps and everything else.  In honor of this, this week’s plus size gown is a gorgeous draped sleeve dress from Shop of Brides that I just adore!  I seriously love how it falls to the floor.  Enjoy!

The plus size gown I am featuring this week is not only gorgeous, it is extremely affordable!  This A-line Bateau Sleeveless Chapel Train Elastic Satin Wedding Dress with Ruffles that I found on www.seasonmall.com is only $165.99.  This is such an awesome deal for such a beautiful gown.  I usually feature non-strapless gowns, but I always make exceptions.  What caught my attention about this gown is that it’s not just your regular dull white strapless wedding gown.  It’s simple, yet the way that the fabric falls on this gown and the fact that it’s a corset gown gives it that extra oomph.
